La Parada Del Mar in Camps Bay (formerly The Grand) is now offering breakfast in addition to lunch and dinner. On the strip that is typically overrun with tourists and substandard eateries (that shall not be named), La Parada- in the Harbour House Group‘s stable- is also on Bree Street and at Constantia Nek, and is the third of the LP restaurants to offer breakfast.
The decor complements the spacious setting perfectly with white wooden floors, wallpaper (love it), orchids, mirrors, distressed paint finishes and loads of natural light. The upstairs section is particularly fabulous. The verandah too, if the South Easter isn’t howling through and messing up your hair and your vibe.
Whether you’re sipping a flat white or a glass of bubbly, no matter the time of day, linger longer at La Parada. Yet another reason to love Cape Town.
