Ever since our boys were little, we’ve had these artichoke feasts, usually only once or twice a year. The fresh product is best bought from everyone’s favourite grocer, Woolworths, & once cooked, we serve on a huge platter & dip the fleshy leaves & soft hearts in an olive oil, lemon, salt & garlic mix – we go at it until just a vast pile of stripped leaves remains…try it, you’ll love it.
