The Promenade hugs the coast from Mouille Point (directly translated from French as ‘wet point’ ), & winds it’s way, parallel to Beach Road, past Green Point, Sea Point & up until Bantry Bay. Fabulous for strolls, jogs, excercising on the lawns, socializing the dogs & so on. The famous red & white striped lighthouse is here, built in 1824. The Promenade is a great way to de-stress, step closer to Nature & absorb another aspect of the beauty of Cape Town….go ambling, I’ll see you there*
