Try this for deliciousness: Spinach and feta frittata with vanilla oak smoked bacon, sweet corn and roast tomatoes…with dribbles of sweet balsamic here & there. On its own the frittata is quite ordinary, but as Chef Clarissa explained, you have to scoop it all up together to get the full flavour.
