Tamboers Winkel do their eggs Benedict fabulously- chef Clarissa cuts a hole in the bread ~ rye or country loaf~ & drops the egg into it..the delicious, not-too-rich hollandaise sauce goes over that & the garnishing is cherry tomatoes & mushrooms, with watercress on top. A winner & a good start to a working 🙁 Sunday*
