This has to be one of the most exquisite & scenic coastal areas in the world, with the 4 pristine (Blue Flag status) beach coves & the majestic 12 Apostles mountain range forming a backdrop to the dramatic landscape. Clifton is one of the most coveted residential areas in Cape Town where properties fetch unbelievably high prices, sought after by the rich & famous of SA & beyond. One of great advantages of the suburb is that when that bitch South Easter gale is blowing the City into a mass of bad hair moments, there is nary a breath of wind in Clifton. True story.
